*Please plan to submit your reservation request at least two weeks in advance of your event/meeting date.
*Following your meeting or event, please leave the room in the condition you received it.
*If food and drink are served please wipe down all surfaces & tables used. Return any borrowed serving pieces/trays, bowls/utensils, etc., cleaned and stored back in the area or drawer from which they were retrieved.
*Please sweep or mop any spills.
*If coffee maker or food warmers were used, please check that the coffee maker is unplugged and the food-warmer is turned off before leaving (Cohan-Hansom Bldg only).
*Take with you ALL that you brought in.
*Remove all trash and dispose of in the dumpster near the Cohan-Hansom Bldg.
*Please double check that ALL doors are locked & turn off the lights when you leave.
